Under the left-bar menu, click General.Go to More Options by clicking the three vertically aligned dashes.You should see your browser version here. Go to the Settings menu, then click About Chrome.It should look like three vertically aligned dots.
If you do not know how to check your browser version, follow the instructions below. Compare the two versions, and if you see that yours is outdated, follow the instructions for updating it. After that, go online and look for the latest version. With that said, the first thing you have to do is check the version of your browser. As such, it is important that you keep it updated. On the other hand, if you have an outdated browser, it can possibly prevent you from properly playing videos on YouTube. Once you do this, you should be able to play the YouTube videos.
If this is the case, all you have to do is refresh it. You might have left your computer idle and the YouTube page simply went into sleep mode.
